Kat and Adam were playing with some kids at the juice bar and some flash lights. They were all putting their hands in front of flash lights making hand signs. But the Dark Forces had other plans. Mike, Aisha, and Chad went for a run in the park. They were then confronted by Fighters in the park. They fought them off and won.

"What was that about?" asked Chad.

"I don't know," said Aisha, "Maybe they were just causing trouble!"

"Yeah," said Mike, "I agree."

Then the alarm in the base sounded. They could not see the monster but they could see a shadow.

"How do we fight a shadow?" asked Chad.

"With these," said Divatox, "they may not be much but that's all that we have!"

DIvatox handed each ranger a flashlight.

"Uh, flashlights?" asked Adam.

"I know how you feel," said Divatox, "but I can't do anything better!"

"Okay?" said Adam, "I guess these would have to do!"

They were trying to search for the monster with their flashlights. The Shadow Monster knocked Kat's and Mike's flashlights from their hands.

"Okay," said Mike, "I lost my flashright. There has to be a better way!"

Aisha found a paint can and a paintbrush. She started painting the air and then hit the Shadow Monster with a stripe.

"Rangers," said Aisha, "go for the stripe!"

Shadow knew that he had a weakness so he retreated at the side without paint. The rangers were back at a disadvantage.

"Call the cycles," said Mike, "our homing missiles should make mincemeat out of this guy!"

They called the Cyclone Cycles. They fired all of their missiles and they hit their target and they saw him explode. Bez made him grow. Still he was a Shadow. They fought with him for a while.

"I have the perfect solution to this Shadow monster," said Tommy to Mike on the communicator, "if we submit the monster to light, it will diappear. So, I am sending you the Solar Auxillary Zord."

"Wait a minute," said Chad, "This is a light zord!"

"Exactly!" said Tommy, "I am sending it to your now!"

Tommy lauched it from the base. They combined it with the Tornado Megazord. Light surrounded it and then he punched the Shadow. The Shadow was no more. It ceased to exist.

They went back to the juice bar.

"I hope that we never have to fight a monster like that again!" said Kat.

"You never know," said Adam, "it might be fun!"

"No way!" said Aisha, "No way!"
